Ottawa, Canada - New Property Investor Discussion COVID 19

Hi everyone, I am a new property investor in OTTAWA, CANADA with 1 condo so far. Since the COVID 19 Pandemic situation has happened I am unsure what the next step. 

I have some goals that I would like to hit in the next 1-5 years and I am open to learning anything you are willing to share.

Personal Goals 1-5 years

- Purchase 1-2 more properties this year Cashflowing $200+

- Find friends in Property Investing

- Use BRRR Strategy

- Learn to manage properties 

- Have a Monthly Cashflow of $4000

- Purchase Multifamily homes

- Find a property manager 

- Purchase Property in other cities/provinces. 

Those are just a couple of the goals I have, I have a lot to learn. Stay safe.
