Need recommendations for KC, MO Appraisers and Inspectors

I need appraisals and inspections done on a number of properties this week in the Kansas City and Grandview MO areas. The zip codes are 64134 and 64030 and they are single family homes with tenants. I would like a recommendation of some Appraisers and Inspectors who work in these areas. Thanks! I appreciate it!
