Just when we were getting our meetup established, this happens! Being a Realtor, I'm still working, as housing has been deemed essential. Our market is still seeing high demand and not slowing down a lot, in fact, may be picking up with people from out of area wanting a smaller community to live in. 

What are all of you doing as far as investments? Anyone buying? Looking for anything? Selling anything? Looking for tenants, money for flips, or ? Section 1 work, home inspections, photography?  If you need help with anything, please let us know, I as well as others have a lot of sources in town.
