Eager to learn more about real estate

Hi

My name is Eddie, and for about half a year now I have been studying real estate concepts on my own. I have come to the conclusion that I can only learn so much from books, articles, blogs, and forums. To sum things up I am looking for someone that is willing to teach me the ropes of their business. I do not care for what kind of real estate for I am 19 years old and I believe the more you know about a industry the better. So you can be a real estate agent, wholesaler, flipper, and so on. I just want to learn more so when I do go into business myself I will be well prepared. I live in Santa Ana C.A. but I am willing to commute to near by cities like Irvine or Costa Mesa if I have to. I would like to act as a assistant to your businesses if possible. For example, I would like to follow you around in your day to day work routine and just help you in your business mean while I learn. I do not expect to be compensated but if you feel the need to do so I won’t say no. If you are interested in letting me be a shadow to you let me know.

@Eduardo Nieto welcome to Biggerpockets in Orange County, California.  You remind me of myself.  I started out in real estate with my first purchase at 20 years old and have never looked back since.  I currently flip homes here and have been for some time.  I enjoyed your post and would like to help you out at no expense to you. I am willing to "teach you the ropes." Unfortunately with this Coronavirus we will need to start over the internet, but this will give me time to bring you up to speed.
