Rebuild From Studs up Estimate
Greetings Bigger Pockets.
My name is Lawrence Lee. I am a budding investor trying my hand at wholesaling. I have a motivated seller who's property, a 3+2 sfr, that needs to be stripped to the studs. Can anyone point me in the right way towards coming up with a repair estimate.
