Hi BP!

I’m new here and new to the RE game in general. I’ve spent quite some time educating on different strategies and feel I am almost ready to dive in. I’m looking to go with the buy and hold strategy and was looking to network with anyone in the area. I was also curious if anyone knew of local meet ups?
