Investing in La Mesa CA

Kyle Zottneck
Posted

Good Afternoon,

My wife and I are going to be investing in our first property this year. Our goal is to buy one property by the end of the year. We are looking at 1 bed 1 bath condos in La Mesa CA as a buy and hold strategy or possibly a short term rental if the numbers make sense. We are looking at properties in the $250k-300k range. We will be putting 20% down on a traditional 30 year loan.

Any feedback about the area of La Mesa and investing in condos would be appreciated.

Respectfully,

Kyle
