Property Manager Referrals (Metro Atlanta)

I need a good reliable property manager in Metro Atlanta. The PM has to cover multiple counties as I have properties in Dekalb and Clayton and look to acquire more in a different area.

What I look for mainly in PM is that someone who does not over-charge me with repairs and who find a tenant for me aggressively.
