Hi! We have a few offers out on rental properties in the LA area. If things go well I’m really going to want the opinion of a solid professional on what work I can do for a 30k budget to maximize profits & interior/exterior appeal.

(A) any recommendations on vendors that you really trust?

(B) is it worth it in cost savings to go unliscenced?

(C) is it contractors that do this or interior designers or who would I hire for that?

(D) are there any inspections vendors you could recommend too?
