VA loan assistance in Rockford, Illinois

I am a Marine . going to use my VA loan. Need a Rockford area person to help me through the process.
time line is 6 months until move-in. Since I will be renovating these older homes, and bringing them up to code, I would house hack until I found a buyer. Since I can use the VA loan over and over once the loan is paid off, it's an easy way to finance with no money down!

Just looking for a way to make this work for me while I build up knowledge and buying power.

I would like to sit with and chat with a BP related realtor that is well experienced in VA loans in my area.
