MF Properties in South FL?

Hi fellow BPers! I'm a brand new investor, nothing under my belt just yet. I am looking to buy a MF property (triplex or higher), live in one of the units and rent out the others. Can anyone suggest some areas on the SE coast of FL? Maybe some up and coming, under the radar areas?
