Hey everyone,

First off, I am relatively new to BP and have about a year’s worth of real estate book/video research under my belt, which has been particularly focused on lease optioning. I am new enough to not have done any deals though, and I love to learn. Be advised though, I am one of those guys that will want to know everything about the particular investment vehicle and the deal we/I do.

I am really, really ready to network with mentors, investors, and team members of all types, and am looking for solid meetups to attend. As you can see, I am from Livingston; closer is better, but I am absolutely open to anything in the Houston area.

I can’t wait for your responses, BP. Everywhere I go, all roads lead back here and I suspect that is for very good reason.
