Starting a New Real Estate Investing Club in Burlington, NC
I'm starting a real estate investing club at my brokerage. Trying to increase awareness and interest and make this a valuable and educational networking opportunity! It is free to the public and any level of investing from no experience to seasoned investors are welcome. Each meeting will have a speaker on something relevant to RE investing, such as analyzing ROI, Finding and financing, commercial investing, taxes, wholesaling, etc.
We are planning to hold official meetings the first wednesday of every month, with informal get togethers whenever time permits that will be coordinated through a private facebook group that will be created later. So if you're looking for a group, and live anywhere from the triad to the triangle, Greensboro, burlington, cary, raleigh, or durham, Feel free to reach out to me with your contact information and we will add you to the contact list for upcoming meetings and events.
Let's make this an incredible group that adds a ton of value!!! Looking forward to meeting all of you!

I think a real estate club would be awesome and I would definitely be interested in joining formal and informal meetings whenever my schedule allowed!
When and where is this happening?
@Nathan Faucett We're shooting for the the first meeting being Wednesday February 5. Topics havent been determined, but I'm expecting it to be just an introductory meeting. Getting to know everyone and the aspirations of the club.
if you or someone you've worked with have a lot of experience in a niche, and wouldnt mind being a speaker at one of the meetings, we're also looking for people to fill those roles. Send me a message with your contact info and what you do, and we'll see if we can fit you in on a meeting. Its a great opportunity for our members to learn from your experience and also it's good for the speaker as it lends to your credibility and markets you as an expert and professional.
And just for keyword alerts sake: Greensboro, High point, burlington, cary, Raleigh, Durham, mebane.
@Samuel Albert This is great! Thanks for taking the initiative. Looking forward to the first meet up.
@Samuel Albert - When you have everything locked down, please share the location, date, and time. I know a few people that may be interested in attending and are asking for the details.
I'm tied up most Wednesday's with a standing commitment but will try to attend when there is a gap. Would love to meet some local folks, very happy to hear this is beginning in Burlington!
