So I have been around the construction field majority of my life. I believe I have enough experience and connections in the field to get projects done in my area. I want to use my experience to help build relationships and learn from other investors. I'm curious what kind of deals people have made between investors and contractor partnerships on flip or rentals. How were they structured? Also how did the partnership work out ?
