Hi, I’m new to this and after finding this podcast I have became hooked! It gave me the confidence to get my first deal. I’m based in Ocala Florida and Lexington KY I’m here to try and network with people who are familiar with the burrr method and to just make friends who help each other out . I have 2 rentals right now and am interested in trying to burrr a house or multi family and grow a portfolio.

Thanks for reading Aaron

Welcome to the community! This is a great place to talk to like minded individuals. My wife and I are moving our investments from Colorado to Kentucky. We have 4 duplexes and 4 single family homes currently. We are looking at 35 unit complex as well.

Do you manage your own properties?
