Metro Detroit Live in Flipper.

Hello,

I’m doing my second live in flip and trying to not make the same mistakes I made last time.

One of the things I’m interested in are the best improvements if I’m just going to flip it versus if I wanted to turn it into a rental after 2 years.

Second question is can I 1031 exchange a primary residence into a house hack duplex? I would love to hear what this marvelous community has to say. Thanks in advance.
