Hey folks, Is anyone attending Larry Harbolt's conference on Creative Financing in January in Tampa, FL? Let's get some conversations going and see if we can make some meaningful connections before we all arrive in the Sunshine State.

I'll start - I'm coming from Michigan with a business partner and we're looking for local properties with good potential for AirBNB. We're consider AirBNB Arbitrage (renting from someone on a long-term lease and running an AirBNB), looking for a small MFH (2-4 units) and renting out some via short term and others via long term, and/or we're looking to connect with AirBNB or traditional property managers.
