60 day notice required both to vacate or renew lease?

Hi,

I need to know whether a 60 day notice is required for a tenant to both renew a lease and/or vacate the property?

If so, where can I find the document that the tenant can fill in?

It’s my first rental property. I appreciate any assistance!
