Hello,

I'm looking to purchase my first investment property in the New Haven, CT, area. I'm looking for a real estate agent that specializes in investment properties. Particularly, a realtor that owns a few properties and has knowledge in flipping houses and turning houses into rentals.

Any recommendations would be very helpful.
