@Jaimie Abert there are quite a few good meetups and associations in our area. We do a coffee meetup in Delray. Next one is Saturday the 16th at Gizzi's coffee at 1pm. Also, Tropical REIA at Boynton Beach Marriott is the 2nd Wednesday of each month, which I am always at and sometimes host.
