Volusia County help needed! (Coastal)

Hi all!

I am new to this forum. I am currently looking for my first investment property- which I think I have found- in the Volusia County area. I was hoping to have some help building a team. I live out of state so I am looking for an attorney, a property manager, and an inspector.

I have normally done my taxes myself, but I also need a CPA in the Stamford, Connecticut area if anyone knows of any.
