Newbie starting off in Charlotte NC
Hello all!
I am living in the south Charlotte area and looking to start investing in real estate. I currently own a one bedroom condo with my fiancé and we are trying to learn as much as we can. Over the last six months I have been trying to read and learn while working my 9-5. I am looking to start joining some meet ups and learning more about investing in Charlotte. My current thought is to find a duplex although that seems pretty tough in this area. I am guessing the best way to start for me may be moving into single family and renting out my condo. If anyone has any suggestions, tips, etc. for a newbie in this area let me know!
Thanks,
Stephen
