first duolex in Dayton OH - looking for painter recommendations

We just bought our first duplex in Dayton OH and the painting portion quoted to us by a couple contractors seems rather high compared to what we are used to in SC. Does anyone have a painter they would be willing to refer that is more reasonably priced in the Dayton OH area by chance?
