I want to buy a duplex in the Rive-Sud area, mostly Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu or Brossard as propriétaire occupant. My goal is to live for almost free in the property. I would like to know if you have been able to achieve that in the province of Quebec. Let me know how it went for you.
