So me and two of my best friends (twins) are just getting started. Our ultimate goal is to pick up mainly multi-fam properties near universities and rent them out to students. Our biggest struggle right now is determining rehab costs. We are willing to to provide direct labor on your rehabbing project just so we can learn as much as we can.
