Is small Multi-Family investing possible in Charlotte?

Charlotte is growing rapidly with no shortage of Commercial Multi Family buildings, however as a beginner investor it's been difficult finding triplexes or fourplexes in the Charlotte area.

Has anyone had any luck finding available properties in the Charlotte area or an area like it?
