Anybody Hiring In The Fox Cities Area (Wisconsin)?

I'm a recent college graduate looking for a full time position, paying an hourly wage, where I might be able to learn something about Real Estate Investing while on the job.

I don't need a discounted rent or a free apartment, and I'm not interested in becoming a realtor (already have my brother as a realtor and he already taps all of my contacts for himself).

Suggestions on different kinds of positions and places to look are welcome too.
