I'm having a hard time finding info online about residential rentals and rates in Brantley county Georgia. I own one rental property and I'm in the process of rehabbing another, just wanted to get some numbers together for analysis. Trying to keep the surprise factor low as possible. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get the information I need? Thanks in advance.
