New Real Estate Agent Kansas City

Ben Miller
Posted

Hello!

I am looking to get started in real estate as an agent in the Kansas City metro area. I am seeking the advice of all the wonderful professionals on BiggerPockets! My questions are:

1. After getting my license, should I get on board with a major brokerage? Or should take an opportunity that has bee at a one man real estate brokerage?

2. Is it feasible that I can continue to work my regular job while getting my feet wet and establishing relationships and contacts?

3. Any tips in general?

General info about me. College educated, 39 yr old who has more motivation than most in their 20s. Haha. Part owner of a pro wrestling company!

Thanks all!!
