Suggestions in Part Time Real Estate Side Jobs?

Afternoon BP,

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions as a side-job? I am an active duty Marine looking to make a little extra money living in the Fredricksburg VA, area. I already have personal experience with real estate investing.

Thanks.

I think being an Associate Agent for a company like Redfin would be interesting. I've been considering that myself as a side gig. I talked with an AA (a retired lady who now does this part-time) at the inspection for the last house I purchased. Basically, Associate Agents attend home inspections and closings if the Redfin Agent can't make it, but it's low-stress since it's largely administrative and clients aren't blowing up your phone at midnight. Seems like a good way of getting some R/E knowledge in a low-stress way. Hope that helps!
