I am looking to purchase a condo on James Island to rent out. I've been looking into the Charleston area and it seems like a great area for rentals. Any subject matter experts out there that can share their experiences with rentals in the area?

@Devin D.is a condo expert.

 Thanks Jason.   I saw a little article about the community you are referring to in the paper the other day.  Happy to help in anyway.
