Networking with Washington and Frederick County Investors

Hey Investors and Like minded people!

Just finnaly getting settled and rooted back in my hometown of Frederick Md. Property values are a lot different and properties seems to be a lot more scarce. It definitely has changed since Since I was last here.

I have been stationed in San Diego since 2013 and I completely renovated and sold a property I live in for 3 years in San Diego financed with a VA loan. And hope to continue to grow with knowledge and passion for real estate.

But I'm still trying to get out there and meet as many lenders, agents and investors as possible. I have been attending seminars and meetings.

I want to do buy and holds mainly in this area, but am open to fix and flips. If anyone wants to connect please reach out!
