I'd like to get in contact with people in MA USA and learn about real estate investing from them. Please reply if you live in MA. Also, what are the best up and coming areas in ma that i can get a good "wedge" deal in and receive safe tenants that provide appreciation and rental income for a 20-25% down singe or multifamily investing?
