Baltimore Counties Buy and Hold

Hello all,

I’m a new investor and will be taking a job with the port of Baltimore in October.

Are there any counties or zip codes in the counties surrounding Baltimore city that you would recommend looking in for long term buy and hold?

I've worked for several years in residential remodeling and I am preparing myself to take the plunge into REI and building passive income.
