BRRRR core 4 swap: mine for yours , Columbus - Springfield

Hello BP!

My wife and I now have 10 BRRRR properties in Columbus,GA. We have built up a core 4 that has a great system. We would like to find a new investment location to diversify our holdings.

We have just purchased a new property in Springfield, Mo to bootstrap/find a new core 4 there. Would anyone be interested in trading their contacts for ours? (Other locations than Springfield would of course be interesting)

We could start with trading proformas of existing deals to see if it would have mutual interest!
