@Preston Roach when and where are these meetups? Also I want to dabble in all fields just for experience and because I truly enjoy it. I figure the most attainable approach in the near future is BRRR. My goal is to be invested in a property by the end of next summer. My main focus eventually is development. Obviously that takes big bucks and/or investors though. I plan on doing smaller investments such as flips using BRRR and wholesales to build my resume then when I am ready to get into development I will have some leverage when pitching to investors and networking. I definitely am interested in meetups if you have more details!
