Focus on Denver
Since Denver will be the center of the BP universe next week, I thought I'd check it out.
The SFR vacancy rate is only 1.6%, with average rents up 3.2%, year over year. Average SFR rent is now $1062. Sounds like a landlords market if you can acquire houses at reasonable prices.
