Hello Everyone,
My name is Karen and I am looking to network with other investors in central Ma Worcester county. I plan on re habbing and would also like to learn about wholesaling. I have read several books on flipping and several hundred articles on Bigger Pockets. Great source of information. My challenge is trying to find the right property to flip. The market in my area is really flat. Any advice would be helpful. I am waiting to hear back from an offer I put on a REO.
