Title Companies/Closing Attorneys

I’m working on a few leads here in San Diego and I’m wondering if anybody has any good recommendations for a title company or closing attorney that they know is familiar with wholesaling, assignment of contract, double closing, etc. I have some hot leads I’m currently working on and when I get that first deal I see contract I don’t want to waste anytime looking for the right place that suits my needs.
