Hello everyone,

I need a recommendation to a good real estate attorney. I live in Southeast Los Angeles County. I can easily travel to North Orange County also. I need to write a rental contract for a home in which family will live in (in the presence of special circumstances) and I want advice on the options I have with an inherited property. Tax ramifications etc. Thank you in advance.
