Buy and hold investing in NY
I have a potential property. It is a residential single family home. Totally remodeled needs no rehab. Listed at 575k, might be able to get owner to 475-500. If so is this something a buy n hold investor be intrested in?? With the equity built in already and great place for long or short term renting.??(AirBnB) especially for summer. Right by the beach
