Relocating to Dallas, Texas

What's the Fix, Flip and buy and hold market like in Dallas / Fort Worth Texas area?  I've heard good things about the area so I'm considering relocating there. My background is that I currently do real estate as a side business, but I want to transition to doing it full time.  I'd like to join a team that does the full range of investing from finding, analyzing, buying, fixing, flipping, holding, rentals so that I can be fully immersed in the business. PM for specific suggestions, replies in post for generic advice.  Thanks in advance.
