Hi everyone,

My name is Tony and I have been investing in real estate for 10 years.  Focus mostly in rental and only done one flip.  I reside in the Montgomery county, MD and would love to network and meetup with like-minded RE professionals to share RE experience (good, bad and ugly), perspective on trends locally, financing strategies, etc.
