Lead recommendations for ringless voicemail

I am an wholesaler in the Atlanta area.  I recently was speaking to a another investor who said he has had great success using ringless voicemail.  He did not want to tell me where he was getting his leads from that he runs thru RVM.  Has anyone else had success using ringless to find motivated sellers?  Does anyone have recommendations on lead sources to pair with RVM?
