Investors located in South Seattle

Hello everyone,

I am still very new in my real estate journey. I am located about 45 minutes south of Seattle. Every property that I have analyzed seems to be to expensive in order to break even the costs.

Are other investors in this area coming across similar issues? Are you finding off martlet deals for rentals in this area?

Would love to hear perspective from local investors!
