Indiana Multi-family Investing

Hi everyone!

I’m a new real estate investor out of Indiana and was attempting to learn more about my local market from some more experienced investors who are familiar with the area. I was trying to find my first investment property in Indiana in the form of a Multi-family home that I would rent out. I was wondering if anyone could point me to good places in Indiana where I would find decent cash flow and safe tenants. I’m more familiar with the Fishers, Avon, and Lafayette areas but am happy to seek out investments wherever the opportunities can be found. Thanks in advance for whatever information can be provided!
