How to write a wholesaling contract ?

Hello, 

I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I would like to learn more about wholesaling.

I would like to know how to write a wholesaling contract/ "agreement to sell" ? 

And any advice on how to go about wholesaling would be appreciated. I have never done a real estate deal and I am trying to get involved..
