Looking for an "investor-friendly" attorney in the LA/OC area

I'm looking to find an "investor-friendly" attorney in the LA or Orange County area. I have some questions regarding wholesaling, assignment contracts, and double escrows. I also need some help in drafting documents and contracts and documents related to real estate wholesaling.

I'm looking for someone with experience with these types of transactions and the laws surrounding them. Please message me if you or someone you know can help.
