Northern Virginia real estate meetup

Hello BP community! I run a catering business in Herndon, Virginia and my wife and I are looking to make our first real estate investment in 2019 (besides our primary residence). One of the first pieces of advice that I read is to attend a local meet up but I cannot seem to find one that is not in DC. Does anyone here attend a meetup in Fairfax County or Loudoun County? Would love to meet up with some people who share a passion for financial independence.

Try the Caza meetup that meets in Falls Church.   I tried around 4 a few months ago and most were super salesy/cheesy, but that one was good.

Looks like they might have just changed the name to grid network or something.
