Advice. About to graduate college.
Eventually I would like to get into flipping houses, and have several higher income rental properties as well. Obviously I will need some capital before focusing on my own flips and properties. My question is what kind of job should I look for in the real estate industry?

@Zachary Whitfield There's plenty of paths you can take, construction, sales and marketing, development, capital, etc. Specifically, you could be a general contractor, real estate salesperson, developer, or a mortgage officer to name a small few. They are relate to real estate and could be lucrative when you put in the work.
